Kids can easily get dehydrated when they lose more water than they take in, so make sure your children drink enough at all times, especially if they're exercising. Water is always good, but children may drink more of a flavoured beverage such as juice or a sports drink. And watch for signs of dehydration, including dry or sticky mouth, thirst, dark yellow urine, and crankiness.
